Project description
House of Culture was carried out in 1985 as the 1st stage of the complex in which the second stage (toward Linden Street) was designed unit and three cinemas in the third stage, the whole business, restaurant, office and residential housing areas (toward the class. 1st May). In connection 2.NP was designed with a foyer DK, which would allow significantly improve cultural services of all kinds of restaurants. This would be an architectural and urban spaces edged lower following the center.
